Load Scout dispatches an outbound call to the subscriber and starts a conversation based on the persona of the call.  Using Generative AI, Load Scout will have a complete conversation with the subscriber answering questions or connecting the subscriber with the customer’s operation center.

SMS

Using Generative AI, Project Willow will have a complete conversation with the subscriber answering questions or connecting the subscriber with the customer’s operation center.
